Accounts and acceptable use

Use accurate information and only accounts and materials you are authorized to use. Protect your sign-in credentials. Do not interfere with availability, circumvent access controls, upload malicious content, impersonate others, or access another person’s private records. Report suspected vulnerabilities through the Security request type without accessing unrelated data or disrupting the service.

Purchases and paid services

Review the item, currency, tax, shipping, scope, and total shown at checkout before paying. A quote or displayed estimate is not a guarantee of stock or delivery. Contact support to resolve a discrepancy before proceeding. Lab services apply to the specific revision and scope recorded with the request; additional work requires agreement.

Return, cancellation, delivery, and warranty arrangements depend on the product or agreed service scope and applicable law. The Shipping and Returns notices explain how to request assistance. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer protections.

Designs, licenses, and intellectual property

Contributors must have the rights needed to upload and publish their material. Contributors retain their rights and authorize the hosting, display, and delivery needed for their selected publication and file-visibility settings. A public listing or download does not imply an unrestricted license: use the explicit license associated with the release.

Phase’s name and original site content are used as branding; this notice makes no claim that a trademark is registered. Third-party names and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Report copyright concerns through the Copyright request type, identifying the work, the exact location, your contact details, and your authority to act. Do not send sensitive evidence publicly. A report is reviewed before action; this form does not claim to be a registered DMCA agent.

Engineering and third-party materials

Designs, viewer results, and technical information require independent engineering validation. A verification badge only describes evidence for the stated revision and test scope; it is not regulatory certification, a warranty of fitness, or proof that a design is safe in every application. High-voltage and high-energy systems require qualified review and appropriate procedures.

External tools and supplier information have their own terms. Phase cannot guarantee third-party availability, accuracy, or suitability. Confirm specifications with the responsible manufacturer before relying on them.

Network design sales and seller payouts

A paid design purchase provides access to the selected, fixed release and its stated license. Later paid revisions are separate purchases unless expressly agreed otherwise. Publishing fixes that release's files, price, and license. Archiving a listing does not remove existing buyers' access to their purchased release. Refunded or disputed payments may have download access revoked; mandatory remedies remain unaffected.

Phase charges sellers a 10% commission on the design price, rounded to the nearest cent. The seller pays Stripe payment processing fees from their remaining share. Seller payments use the seller's connected Stripe account, subject to Stripe verification, payout timing, and applicable fees and adjustments. Seller onboarding and platform activation must be completed before live purchases are available. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

A PCBWay handoff sends only the files and dimensions selected by the user. It does not place a manufacturing order. Review PCBWay's quote, fabrication requirements, privacy notice, and order terms separately. Manufacturing charges are separate from design purchases.

Service operation and disputes

Access may be restricted to address abuse, security incidents, or applicable obligations. Availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Contact support with your order or request reference to seek a resolution. No mandatory arbitration, jurisdiction selection, or waiver of statutory rights is introduced by this notice. Additional commercial terms must be supplied and agreed separately. Material changes will be reflected in the version date on this page.
